MOTIVATIONAL READINESS TO IMPLEMENT AN INTERDISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORYTO MEDICAL UNIVERSITIES IN RUSSIA
AbstractThere is a growing need for medical practice and growing interest of doctors in the interdisciplinary principle of treatment and rehabilitation of patients in a single medical team, which makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of a personalized approach in the fight for the patient's health and improve his quality of life.
The aim. Forecasting the effectiveness of an interdisciplinary educational trajectory in the structure of training specialists in Russian medical universities among medical students as well as professional community representatives of various medical specialties.
Material and methods. The survey was carried out by automated electronic questionnaires «IMD-integration of medical disciplines» developed for dental and medical faculties students as well as for doctors of various specializations.
Results. The integral indicator of the questionnaire survey among students (n=797) and doctors (n=572) testified to the formation of students' skills to work in interdisciplinary teams of doctors as well as the relevance of developing an interdisciplinary approach in medicine at the postgraduate level.
Conclusion. The formation of an interdisciplinary educational trajectory in the structure of training specialists in Russian medical universities among medical students as well as professional medical community representatives of various medical specialties is relevant, timely and necessary.
