MODERNIZATION OF HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATION THROUGH CAPACITY BUILDING OF TEACHERS
AbstractThe paper considers implementation of a project to modernize medical education at the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University through changing the development university's strategy and capacity building of the faculty. The leading trainers of the Karaganda Medical University (Kazakhstan) took part in the modernization of the educational process of the TSMU. A study was carried out to determine the impact of the Project's results on increasing the potential of the faculty staff of the TSMU.
