Administrative and service competence of the personnel reserve of the medical university

Abstract

The article presents the results of the assessment of the level of development of administrative and service competences of the personnel reserve of a medical university (using the example of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University - RNRMU). As a result of the study, a competence-based model for evaluating employees of the personnel reserve of a medical university was formed, which includes six administrative and service competencies: problem analysis, planning and organization, persuasive communication, initiative, interaction-oriented, stress resistance. It has been reliably established that the personnel reserve of a medical university is characterized by deficiency in a number of administrative and service competencies, which manifests itself in a low level of problem analysis both at the level of individual structural divisions and at the university level as a whole.
