Criteria for estimating effectiveness of simulation training for practical health care
AbstractThe article contains the main key performance criteria and directions of training in the sphere of simulation medical education for practical health care; it outlines generalized experience of the training center for medical workers - Medical Simulation Center of City Clinical Hospital named after S.P. Botkin (MSC of Botkin Hospital) in educating specialists of practical health care of surgical profile. The efficiency and effectiveness of simulation training of medical workers for practical health care and medical science is determined by the criteria, among which are the following: practical results; practice-oriented type of training; full-time form of educational programs; total complexity of mastering programs; objectivity of the examination of professional competence of practical health care specialists; continuous improvement of professional level of medical workers.
The positive experience of the MSC of Botkin Hospital has showed the expediency of investing material resources in the implementation of the idea of organizing a multieducational center, which is now an ideal practical platform for continuous improvement of professional competencies of health care professionals. The effective activity and effectiveness of the training center for medical workers - the MSC of Botkin Hospital confirms the importance of using innovative technologies in the organization of additional professional education of medical workers for the capital's practical health care and medical science.
