Abstract

The article highlights the factors that make it necessary for the organization of training system of medical personnel to work on complex high-technology equip­ment; describes the system and principles of the clinical training in GE Healthcare Company in Russia and CIS. An article in detail introduces the organization of the educational center of GE Healthcare Academy, the format of training programs addressed to specialists.
