PREDICTORS OF PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS OF SURGEONS AND THE ROLE OF SIMULATION TRAINING IN ITS FORMATION

Abstract

The article presents an analytical review of theoretical and empirical studies that reveal the essence of predictors of professional success of surgeons. The role of simulation training in the formation of professional success is revealed.
