GROUP INTERACTION OF POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF DISTANCE LEARNING

Abstract

Distance learning quite successfully implements the functions of presenting information, access to any sources of information, test control, and video conferencing. However, the obvious advantages of distance learning technologies do not always compensate for the lack of social interaction of students in the course of classes, the need to form students' communicative competencies, teamwork skills. The article analyzes the experience of organizing remote group work of postgraduate medical students in the process of conducting practical classes using the method of «small groups» and group dynamics. Remote technologies made it possible to implement «learning in teams» and achieve the set learning goals.
