Abstract

What is the «Virtual model» of higher education institutions and what possible advantages can be identified in the use of digital corporate and socio-public resources and communications in the organization of a full and safe process of medical education? Remote media education in Russia and the world: yesterday, today and tomorrow. What are the features of remote medical media education before, during, and after the main peak of the COVID-19 pandemic? Efficiency and safety of remote media education processes on the Internet. Compliance with the social and legal rights of course participants, the copyright of the teaching staff, and the rights of the educational organization accumulating educational services. What are the practice-oriented methodological and remote communication potentials of using high-tech video conferencing systems, virtual educational and information platforms, and Internet social network portals in the education of residents and experienced doctors? What are some examples of developed and successfully implemented methods, systems and approaches used today in the implementation of remote multimedia technologies by the specialists of Medical and Biological University of Innovation and Continuous Education of the State Research Center - A.I. Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center of Federal Medical Biological Agency? We answer these and other questions in our article.
