Abstract

In the article experience of creation and integration of comprehensive first-aid training system for employees in a petrochemical enterprise is discussed. Based on the analysis of production processes of the enterprise, long-term statistics of life-threatening situations development, existing first aid regulations (including equipment), adherence to first aid protocols, training opportunities for employees in a petrochemical enterprise, the comprehensive system that includes training of internal trainers and development of a part-time first aid training program for all employees of the enterprise was created. This system is successfully integrated into the production process of the enterprise.
