Analysis of the effectiveness of training on the implementation of clinical scenarios in simulated conditions in preparation of anesthesiologist-resuscitator
AbstractSimulation trainings are designed to improve the quality of the learning process. Our goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of using clinical scenarios implemented in simulated conditions to assess the degree of formation of some professional competencies for residents. In a group of 10 residents enrolled in the specialty 31.08.02 аnesthesiology-resuscitation, 3 training sessions were conducted with different clinical scenarios, under the conditions of the imitating ward of resuscitation. Scenarios have a scheduled flow with the possibility of changing the state depending on the actions evaluated by the control sheet. In the first training, only one test subject (10%) had a positive result, in the second - in 8 (80%), in the third - in 9 (90%) residents. There is a direct dependence in reducing the number of errors committed by residents, from the experience gained in the training. The use of simulation technologies makes it possible to objectively assess the formation of professional competencies of students. For the consolidation of sustainable professional skills, it is necessary to conduct regular simulator trainings.
