The imaginary guilt of the doctors in the causes of diseases in patients and measures to overcome it

Abstract
The article discusses the fact that many patients unconsciously believe the doctors guilty if they have certain diseases, considering that they have not yet sought medical help, they don't have the disease. Four causes for such situation were identified. It is stated that doctors almost always ignore the problem and that its presence is one of the reasons for the late appeal for medical help, often when nothing can be done. It is shown that access to a doctor is for people a potential source of stress and so they try to avoid it. The exceptions to this rule were given. The issues in the pedagogical solution to this problem in the process of preparing future physicians are discussed. Such methods were proposed: verbalization, different forms of role-playing, information. Issues of fear treatment of people for medical care are analyzed. The need to adapt health interventions to the individual characteristics of patients is emphasized.
