Objective structured clinical examination as a tool for accreditation of medical specialists

AbstractThe article describes the procedure for conducting an objective structured clinical examination. The objective structured clinical examination is used to assess the clinical competence of medical students. Its purpose is to create clinical situations, that allow students to demonstrate their skills. The objective structured clinical examination has many advantages over other assessment methods and can be considered as a reliable tool for testing knowledge, skills and abilities.
