Basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation training for ambulance practitioners

AbstractBasic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) simulation course with automated external defibrillation is a type of intensive deliberate practice for ambulance professionals. However, the start of simulation classes is associated with psychological distress for them. Teaching on this course is intended to raise the level of professional and practical skills of ambulance personnel, providing them with efficient and safe carriage of their professional tasks. The ultimate goal of education - reducing the number of errors when performing basic CPR, which will improve the quality of care for sudden cardiac arrest, help to reduce the rate of complications in real patients, reduce mortality from cardiac causes and increase life span in population.
